The image and video conversion service provided, is under the following conditions and terms.
The agreement is between Freshcut Media Ltd, know as Dynamic DVD and You.
By providing my videotape, film, pictures, images, music and other electronic media for copying I agree and understand that my media will be handled by Dynamic DVD for the services specified.
Absolutely no representations are set for the ability to render these services or to the end quality of the product. Although, there will be no assessment of charges in the event of us been unable to obtain a acceptable and reasonably end product.
IConsidering this undertaking, you agree to the release of any and all claims, demands, suits or other proceedings concerning the results of the services rendered by Dynamic DVD.
I also understand that these are not copyrighted materials and therefore Dynamic DVD is not subject to any copyright infringement claim made in respect to the duplication of this media.
Furthermore, if any such claims arise by any third party, you must agree to hold harmless and indemnify Dynamic DVD for any resulting actions or such claims.
